Summary: Years after WWIII, the world is in disarray. Revolutionaries stage protests, police use gas and force to handle citizens who get out of hand and scientists are performing strange experiments on children with incredible powers. Of course, Kaneda and Tetsuo, two gang members, only care about their bikes and their gang - until Tetsuo becomes part of the scientists' experiments. This is when Kaneda teams up with Kei, a revolutionary, to try to free his friend and get to the bottom of the mystery.
Commentary: This title comes highly recommended by just about anyone who knows about anime. The storyline is intriguing, though somewhat confusing at first. The animation seems a bit jerky at times, but overall is good. The music, I would describe as "interesting," but it fits.
