Summary: Cooler's back and badder than ever. After New Namek is assaulted by a giant mechanical thing, Goku and company arrive to help out. They discover a regenerated and mechanical Cooler, who seeks revenge for his prior defeat. After having bonded with a super computer, it will take all Goku and Vegeta have to give to defeat this foe.

Commentary: This movie is not as good as Cooler's Revenge, but it has one thing that the previous movie lacked... that's right, my favorite DBZ character, Vegeta. I know, here I've been ragging on the DBZ movies and I have a favorite DBZ character - what a hypocrite I am! But seriously, the show is good, but the movies are really there to cater to the fans and give them the action and speed of storyline that is often missing in the show. Some movies are better than others. This one is pretty good, and they do seem to get better as time goes on (with some exceptions).

Rating: 7/10

Reason for Rating: Storyline is reasonably good, good action, great characters (LOVE THAT VEGETA!)
