Summary: Miaka has finally found the man of her dreams, Taka Sukunami, the reincarnation of Tamahome. They are married and about to have a baby, when suddenly, the Universe of the Four Gods is reopened by a girl named Mayo, a girl who is in love with Taka and would do anything to win him. She goes into the book to become the next Priestess, while Miaka suddenly collapses and lay unconscious in the hospital.

Commentary: Okay, once again, I'm very happy that Miaka and Taka are together and happy - okay maybe not happy, since it seems as though happily ever after will never happen if this damn Universe of the Four Gods keeps screwing with them. This was probably the worst continuation of the series, but I still bought it and watched it (and will probably watch it again) because I really like Fushigi Yugi. I think this OVA is not the best effort, but if you're a fan, you'll probably still like it. Once again, the mini episodes in between each of episode are really funny.
