Summary: Hatsumi Narita is a shy high school girl, with a very outgoing and promiscuous younger sister, Akane. Akane tells Hatsumi she might be pregnant and begs her to go buy her a pregnancy test. Hatsumi goes and buys the test in disguise, but removes it before walking back into her company housing apartment building. She bumps into Ryouki Tachibana, the boy who bullied her as a child, and drops the test. Ryouki, whose father is Vice President of the company Hatsumi's father works for, tells Hatsumi that his mother, the ever-watchful eye of the apartment's inhabitants, will not find out about this secret if Hatsumi promises to be his slave.

Commentary: A person I met at a bookstore recommended this title to me, so I decided to check it out. I really enjoyed it, though it does seem like kind of a trashy romance novel. The story, however, is very creative, with many interesting twists and turns that even I did not see coming. This is definitely a story for people who love Shojo (as I do). Not sure if guys would enjoy it, but who knows?
