Summary: Keitaro Urashima is forced out of his house after failing the entrance exam for Tokyo University a second time. He goes to a place called Hinata to move into his grandmother's inn and spend time studying and going to cram school. When he arrives, Keitaro is surprised to find his grandmother away on a round-the-world trip and her "inn" transformed into an all-girl's dorm. After making everyone in the house think is a pervert, through a very unlucky chain events, Keitaro receives word from his grandmother that he will be the new landlord of Hinata House.

Commentary: Definitely very cute, and a great story! At first, I wasn't sure how this story could go on for 14 volumes, but after so many unexpected turns, I can see how this story could go one forever. I love the characters, especially Su, the genius inventor (self-proclaimed mad scientist) - she reminds me so much of Ed from Cowboy Bebop, right down to the cute little circles on her cheeks. This manga should appeal to both guys and girls - lots of cutesy romantic stuff and lots of naked women running around.
